"I had such a great experience with State Farm today! I called to update my last name after getting married, and they already knew who I was and what my new last name was. Within 5 minutes or less, I received a text confirming that my name had been updated on all of my policies. Super efficient, friendly, and made the process completely stress-free. "If I could give Zero stars, I would. State Farm Insurance denied a claim on my roof. Their "Roofing Specialist" Brian, spent less than 10 minutes inspecting my roof. Then he showed me two pictures of the shingles and one picture of the heating vent, he stated, "There is no evidence of hail damage to the soft metal and the shingles are blistering showing that it is defective material." When further pictures were taken of the soft metal, there were dents in that metal (soft metal) meaning there was hail damage. Now, State Farm has sent a letter stating they will no longer insure us until we get the roof fixed. I have to wonder, what good does it do to pay over $2,000 of insurance per year over the last 16 years on our house when they take your money and deny claims? I am definitely going to find a better insurance agent or company that doesn't screw people. It would have been nice if they would have at least looked at it a second time, pro-rated it, and covered something. State Farm through Amber Kramer does not get my recommendation. Go somewhere else!"

"We’ve been with this State Farm office since we moved here over 18 years ago. The whole team has always been there for my family and handled every situation that has happened to us very professionally and with true concern on how we are doing. Recently, we came home from my daughters wedding in Texas where we encountered a bad hail storm that ended up totaling our vehicle.. I tip my hat specifically to Wendy Trujillo and Becky Ranta Fox who stepped up big time for us.. My wife and I would make constant calls to them and stop by unannounced and they were always very friendly and handle every situation to help us get through this process of filing a claim, estimates, rental car insurance and especially Becky helping us handle the claims process aid us in getting paid. We can always count on them being there for us and provide great assistance whenever life throws a wrench at us."

"Originally left a message for a Farley simple transaction of adding one car and removing another. It was late in the afternoon on a Friday, but I still got a return call. The amazingly cheerful and confident voice on the phone was able to pull up my policy details, and in just a few short moments and with a few questions, BAM!
